What charges apply? +
Starting prices are in US dollars and subject to 15% GCT and 15% service charge. Public-holiday functions attract a 30% service charge.
How is a date confirmed? +
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due seven working days before the event; full payment instructions are supplied privately.
When are final details due? +
Menu choices, final guest numbers and event requirements should be confirmed seven working days before your event.
How much time is included? +
Standard access begins two hours before the event. Weddings, dinners and cocktails receive five hours; conferences receive eight hours. Overtime is USD $400 plus taxes per hour.
Can we bring wine? +
Wine and Champagne may be arranged at USD $7 plus taxes per bottle, including chilling, glassware and service. Spirits are supplied by the hotel.
Are parking and internet available? +
Secured parking is available on and off property, with up to five reserved spaces by arrangement. Wireless and dedicated internet options are available.
